FRAZETTA TRIBUTE by Urban Barbarian

Frank Frazetta's passing marks the end of an art era that inspired the entire fantasy and comic book artistic community. A powerful man in both art and life. He will be missed but never forgotten. Frazetta Forever.

FRANK FRAZETTA TRIBUTE by tom fowler

there are lots of other people online who've said much more eloquent things about frazetta's life and work than i'm likely capable of right now. i can never hope to approach his skills with a brush, but i will continue to learn from them for the rest of my career. he is very much missed.

FRANK FRAZETTA TRIBUTE by Andy Kuhn

When I was twelve years old I shoplifted a paperback copy
of Edgar Rice Burroughs THE MUCKER.
I never even read the book. I just stared at Frank Frazetta's
incredibly violent, sexy painted cover again, and again.
From that moment I was totally hooked on Frazetta's work.
This is my version of Conan, based on Frank's work.
I owe him an incredible debt. I'll be a fan for life.
Rest in peace Frank Frazetta.

HELLBOY by tom fowler

i've been a busy little beaver lately so all i can manage right now is an old commission (that was never paid for nor collected) as place holder and a promissory note. it's called: "grendel's mother".

back soon with more.

...still taking con-sketch pre-orders for heroes con btw...

HELLBOY by Evan Shaner

I had started with something more intensive for this week's theme, but while I was doing some digital sketching I ditched it in favor of this. I figure no Hellboy piece is complete without Baba Yaga and a Nazi head floating in a jar. Although now I realize I've missed a great opportunity to draw a robot gorilla.

HELLBOY by Andy Kuhn

Here's my finished Hellboy drawing.....finally!

Here's one of several roughs I did for this weeks Twart.
Unfortunately, I don't have one that I'm happy with yet.
I'm using this as a place holder, till a better drawing materializes.
All apologies.
